Pinelands Accommodation Network (PAN) is a Network dedicated to help you find the perfect accommodation in our beautiful suburb of Pinelands, Cape Town. Whether you are looking for self-catering or bed and breakfast accommodation, traveling for business, leisure, medical reasons or study, you are sure to find what suits your taste and budget within this site.

All establishments registered with the PAN are graded annually either by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa or by PAN's independent assessor, assuring you, our guest, set standards of quality.

Browse through the self-catering or bed & breakfast options and contact the owners directly. If your selected option is unavailable members will gladly assist in finding you suitable alternatives via our network.

This site is managed by volunteers of PAN. Who proudly work together, assisting each other in order to offer you, the guest our shared expertise and hospitality. Collectively we have over 100 beds available. If you are planning a conference, sporting event, wedding, anniversary or other special occasion, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

PAN was formed in 2000 by a small group of Bed and Breakfast owners. Their vision was to promote the beautiful and conveniently situated area of Pinelands as an accommodation destination of choice for business and leisure travellers alike.

In 2007 PAN appointed an external assessor from the Guest House Association of South Africa (GHASA) to visit and assess non star-graded establishments on an annual basis to ensure that standards were being met.

The star-graded establishments registered with PAN are assessed annually by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa.

Today PAN has grown extensively and offers close on 90 Beds collectively, with services in both Bed & Breakfast, Self-Catering and Medical Tourism.

Offering you our visitor convenient access in and around Cape Town. The majority of our accommodation establishments offer Wi-Fi for easy internet access, and peaceful surroundings in which to relax.

For guests travelling for academic reasons, whether you are visiting UCT for enrolments at the beginning of the year, or celebrating a graduation, you will find UCT is within 8km of Pinelands, an easy 10 to 15 minute drive. Whatever your reason to visit one of the nearby educational institutions, Pinelands is a fantastic place to base yourself.

For tourist and leisure guests, accommodation in Pinelands is centrally situated. A peaceful suburb, yet close to the vibrant night-life in the city, beach days, wine tasting, Table Mountain, and great shopping centres. Due to our central location, it is so easy to jump on a highway and while away your days doing everything Cape Town has to offer.

For guests seeking medical attention, they will find that Pinelands is an easy an convenient drive from Red Cross Children's Hospital, Rondebosch Medical Centre and Groote Schuur Hospital. Vincent Pallotti Hospital is located in Pinelands itself. Shuttle services are available on request for guests requiring assistance.
